Overview: The scene "Brotherly Love" takes the 9th place in the "Top 10 Walking Dead Zombie Kills" listing compiled by a privately held video content producer and publisher, WatchMojo.com. In this scene one brother kills another brother when the latter turns into a zombie. (1:56-3:09)
Review: At 2:34 we look at the cannibalistic scene as the dead brother, who turned into zombie, is gnawing on the dear man's body. The background seems to be very cartoonish-like with some sort of a vehicle and another person standing by the car. The resemblance of a computer game gives the viewer the illusion of events as if the viewer plays a game where he walks around and kill the bad guys. To further complete this idea, the viewer sees the alive brother's gun, suggesting the similarity with the game where the gamer often sees the hands and the gun which transfers power from the virtual player to the real one.
At 2: 43 we see a piece of meet hanging from the cannibal's mouth. He keeps chewing on it even after noticing that his brother is watching him. Some part of dead person's meat is dropped out of the feeder's mouth while the other part makes it to the cannibal's throat. The brother, who observes the disgusting scene, is loaded with disturbance and disgust that can be clearly read on his face (2:50). The anger overpowers him and he attacks his perverted dead zombie brother with a knife. He takes out all his anger by stabbing his brother in the eye numerous times. We can't really see the tool of murder because the character moves very fast, yet any professional sniper would envy the precision of hitting the zombie directly in the eye.
During the short murder scene the viewer gets two perspectives: the protagonist's chest with his hand up in the air ready to strike and the bloody face of the victim. This technique requires the viewer's imagination to connect the dots between the 'hand chastising' and its bloody results which puts the viewer into the position of the video game player who uses the joystick to commit murders on the screen.
